garden gnome: in charge of smiles

Bouncer came by to help with a fun project at the barn yesterday. His new mom Jaime is designing a garden for the space, and the first step was getting the ground ready. It was hard work... pulling weeds, turning the soil, breaking up clay balls, hauling heavy bags of soil into place.

Here he is looking very pleased with himself. After all, he DID supervise!

  1. That face.... TOO cute!

  2. I'm kind of amazed that he and the present residents of the barn didn't decide to help dig in the dirt. I know my pit mix LOVES digging in the yard.

  3. He does look so smiley and pleased with himself. Though now I'm wondering along with Annie and Paulie whether maybe he will become more involved and help with the digging.

  4. Look at that happy face. I could just squeeze him to pieces.

  5. A red pointy hat and a little pair of leiderhosen and he'd be all set as Bouncer Gnome.

  6. I simply can't handle the idea of Bouncer as a garden gnome. It's just too much cute for my brain to absorb. Ow.
